The Midland Mall, located on the north side of Midland between Eastman and Jefferson, is the primary shopping center of the Midland area. The mall encompasses an area of over 600,000 square feet and offers around 63 stores and 10 restaurant/food shops. The larger department stores, such as Target, Sears, Elder-Beerman and JCPenny, are found at the end and main entrances. During the holiday season, the mall often features free gift wrap which is run by volunteers. Special events are put on throughout the year, such as RV shows, boat shows and car shows. Other unique events include the Senior Citizens craft show and Kids fun day. Artwork from the Midland Public Schools is often put on display for public viewing. The Customer Service Center, located in the center court, provides shoppers with stroller rental, complimentary wheelchairs, lost and found and shopping bags.

Hours for the main mall are 10am - 9pm on Monday through Saturday, and 12 noon until 6pm on Sunday.
Gift certificates, which are available in any amount, may be purchased at the Customer Servuice Center.
